Terms of Service
By initializing pipeline deployment matrices or deploying custom embedded code elements compiled by MyCodeBusters, clients retain complete operational oversight of physical field terminals while ensuring compliance with local grid metrics regulations. Accessing or utilizing our development environments, APIs, or software artifacts binds you to this compliance array.
Unless specified under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed with our operations team, all foundational frameworks, design tools, custom microcontroller classes, and boilerplate core components created by MyCodeBusters remain our proprietary intellectual property.
[ CUSTOM_DELIVERABLES_PROVISO ]: Upon complete financial clearance of project milestones, clients are granted a comprehensive, perpetual, and non-revocable license to utilize, execute, modify, and replicate custom-built software architectures, firmware builds, and application source blocks engineered specifically for their unique business operations.
Clients are explicitly prohibited from utilizing our staging servers, telemetry nodes, web services, or custom application code to execute unauthorized network activities. Prohibited activities within our system ecosystem include:
- Reverse Engineering: Unauthorized attempts to decompile or extract binary logic profiles from our proprietary compiled edge firmware nodes.
- Network Overloading: Flooding our public telemetry APIs or web servers with malicious traffic arrays, structural script attacks, or DDoS profiles.
- Malicious Content Injection: Using our secure form pipelines or transmission vectors to broadcast automated malware loops, spyware wrappers, or spam distribution strings.
All custom architectures, hardware blueprints, web engines, and mobile bundles are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our experienced engineering group prioritizes absolute stability, structural verification checks, and zero-defect deployment, MyCodeBusters makes no explicit warranties regarding uninterrupted system uptimes or instant bug remediation.
In no scenario shall MyCodeBusters or its lead operators be held liable for any downstream operational data drops, production downtime losses, server hardware anomalies, or financial impacts arising out of field executions of our code, outside of explicit service SLAs agreed upon during individual contract initializations.
We reserve the right to patch, expand, or adjust this operational governance matrix to reflect changes in local laws or global server infrastructure metrics. Continued execution of our system pipelines following document updates constitutes automatic ratification of the modified terms. If you require clarification regarding a specific service clause, reach out to our legal engineering team at support@mycodebusters.com.
